ImageFitNow is an independent utility website created by Lee Palmer to make a common task simpler: getting an image into the right dimensions and under a file upload limit.
One workspace, two jobs
Change pixel dimensions, reduce file size, or combine both. The tool shows a preview and the actual output measurements so you can decide whether the result meets your needs.
Built around local processing
Your selected images are decoded and processed by your browser. They are not uploaded to an image processing server. No account is required, and downloads have no added watermark.
Practical limits
The tool supports one still JPEG, PNG or WebP at a time. A dedicated YouTube thumbnail tool prepares existing artwork on a 1280 × 720 canvas with crop or fit controls and a verified file size under 2 MB. It is not a full photo editor, print production system or forensic metadata analyzer. Animated images, HEIC, RAW files and batch ZIP downloads are not supported in this release.
