Reporting a problem
Please include your browser, device, input format, approximate image dimensions, chosen output settings and the error message. These details are usually enough to begin investigating.
Do not send private photos, identification documents or other sensitive files. Your images normally stay on your device; attaching one to an email sends it outside the tool's local processing workflow.
